Introducing a brand new interactive format to the Lean Six Sigma Improvement Week, Think Tanks are business area focused discussion groups. Allowing you to discuss unique deployment challenges with a focused peer group experiencing similar challenges, then this promises to help you power on to the next level of deployment.

Each discussion session will kick off with a practical presentation of an example deployment led by an experience subject leader. Structured brainstorming sessions and benchmarking to develop the perfect deployment plan to take back and improve your own business functions. BELT LUNCH SEMINAR

The Belt Lunch Seminar is purely focused on practical project management and deployment tools.

Designed to make an impact on the day-to-day challenges for Black Belts and Master Black Belts, we’ve selected 3 experienced Belts and project leaders that will share their experiences with you, and help you overcome your own unique challenges.

Comprising of brief project presentations and an extended Q&A session with all 3 Belts, you will gain, in just 75 minutes, quick-to-deploy tools that will enable you excel in your role as a Lean Six Sigma Belt and communicate the importance of the project to your entire team.

Lunch will be provided for all participants.
